ABOUT ME
I am Paresh Devchoudhury 58. Graduated from Assam Engineering college I got my B.E.(Mech) degree in 1971. I am also a life member of Institution of Engineers(India) M.I.E . I started my carrier in a private company Assam Hardboard Ltd. in 1971 but left the company after short period and joined State owned Assam State Transport Corporation in 1973 as Assistant Engineer. After working at different positions I was promoted to Chief Engineer(A&T), the highest position of the corporation for its employees in 2003. On December 2007 I have retired from Assam State Transport Corporation . During the last few years my biggest achievement was the internet ticketing system for the buses through a agent network all over Assam. The project software was developed by Mr Sanjeev Sarma of WebX India (www.webxindia.com) . The corporation is also has vision to connect all the buses on way through GPS system. As I am very interested in computers, I was hoping to be attached to some computer related firm after retirement from ASTC. And now I am working with WebX.
